If you’re an Everyone Active member, the process of canceling your membership and potentially obtaining a refund can seem daunting. Fear not, as this blog post will guide you through the steps to make it a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The Cancellation Process: Online or In Writing
Everyone Active offers two convenient options for canceling your membership:
1. Online Cancellation
- Visit the Everyone Active website and click on the “Contact Us” tab.
- Select the option to “Cancel my membership.”
- Fill out the inquiry form with your personal details and clearly state your request to cancel your membership.
- Submit the form, and the cancellation process will be initiated.
2. Cancellation in Writing
- Write a letter stating your name, membership number, and the desired date for your membership to end.
- Address the letter to Everyone Active at: 2 Watling Drive, Sketchley Meadows, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3EY.
- Ensure that the letter is sent before the 20th of the month to ensure the cancellation is effective from the 1st of the following month.
Requesting a Refund
If you’re entitled to a refund, the process is straightforward. Here’s what you need to know:

Everyone Active offers a 14-day money-back guarantee to all new members. If you wish to cancel your membership within this period, you’ll receive a full refund of any monies paid.
Cancellation and Refund Process
- Follow the cancellation process outlined above, either online or in writing.
- Your membership will continue until the end of the following month after cancellation. For example, if you cancel between the 1st and 20th of July, your membership will expire on the 31st of August.
- Once the cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a refund for any unused portion of your membership fees.

- Annual memberships cannot be canceled once purchased. If you have an annual membership and wish to discuss your options, you’ll need to contact Everyone Active directly.
