- Call Customer Service: Contact FYE Backstage Pass customer service directly at 1-877-351-2131. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET.
- Email: Send an email to service@fyevip.com. Include your account information (name, address, membership number if available) and clearly state your request for cancellation.
- Mail: Write a letter requesting cancellation and include your account information. Mail it to: FYE Backstage Pass VIP, P.O. Box 41248, Nashville, TN 37204-1248.

Requesting a Refund for FYE Backstage Pass VIP
The ability to request a refund for your FYE Backstage Pass VIP membership is limited to the first day of your subscription. If you cancel your membership on the same day you bought it, you can visit the store where you purchased your Backstage Pass and request a refund by providing your receipt.
However, if more than one day has passed since you subscribed, the FYE Backstage Pass VIP subscription becomes non-refundable. In such cases, you can only cancel your membership to avoid future charges, but you will not be eligible for a refund.
