How to Cancel Albert Genius Subscription Step-by-Step

If you’re looking to cancel your Albert Genius subscription, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Albert app on your device and log in to your account.
  2. Once you’re logged in, navigate to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. In the Profile section, you’ll find the Help option. Select it to proceed.
  4. Within the Help menu, you’ll see the Contact Support option. Click on it.
  5. A message box will appear. Type “Cancel Genius” in the message and send it to the support team.
  6. When prompted to confirm the cancellation, follow the instructions provided.

  1. Text Albert support at 639-37 with the message “Cancel Genius” to initiate the cancellation process via SMS.
