Denplan is a popular dental payment plan that offers comprehensive coverage for dental treatments. However, if you’ve decided that Denplan is no longer the right fit for you, it’s important to know how to cancel your subscription properly. In this article, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of canceling your Denplan membership.

Step 1: Contact Denplan Customer Service

The first step to canceling your Denplan subscription is to get in touch with their customer service team. You can call Denplan customer service at 0800 401 402, where a representative will assist you with the cancellation process. Alternatively, you can send an email to cae@denplan.co.uk expressing your intention to cance.

Step 2: Cancelation through Your Denplan Account

If you prefer a more convenient way to cancel, you can do it through your Denplan online account. Simply log in to your account and navigate to your Account page. From there, click on Manage Plan and select Cancel Plan. Follow the instructions provided to complete the cancellation process.

Step 3: Completing the Contact Form

Another option for canceling your Denplan subscription is to complete the contact form on the Denplan website. This form allows you to provide all the necessary information and request the cancellation of your plan.

Important Notes to Consider

Before proceeding with the cancellation, there are a few essential points to keep in mind:

  • Notice Period: Denplan requires a minimum of 21 days’ notice to cancel your contract. Ensure you initiate the cancellation process well in advance to comply with this requirement.
  • Payment Timing: If you contact Denplan within a week of your last payment, you won’t need to make another payment until you’ve registered with your new dental practice. However, canceling Denplan within 21 days of your next payment date will result in being charged for the following month.

By following these steps and considering the important notes mentioned, you can successfully cancel your Denplan subscription and explore other dental payment options that better suit your needs.
