Refund Timeline
Once you have closed your FasTrak account, it typically takes approximately 30 days to receive a refund. This time frame allows for the posting of any remaining toll transactions after the closure request is submitted.
For cash or check accounts, refunds will be made by check. For credit card accounts, a credit will be issued to the credit card associated with the account.
