Please note that if you purchased your membership at a physical FYE store, the refund and cancellation policies may differ. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to cancel your FYE Backstage Pass membership:

Option 1: Call FYE Customer Service

  1. Dial 1-877-351-2131 to reach FYE customer service.
  2. The customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 pm ET.
  3. Inform the representative that you would like to cancel your FYE Backstage Pass membership.
  4. Follow any further instructions provided by the representative to complete the cancellation process.

Option 2: Email FYE Support

  1. Compose an email addressed to service@fyevip.com.
  2. Clearly state in your email that you wish to cancel your FYE Backstage Pass membership.
  3. Include any necessary account information to help them locate your membership details.
  4. Send the email and wait for a response from FYE support with further instructions to complete the cancellation process.

After the one day, FYE Backstage Pass membership fees are non-refundable, and partial refunds are not available.

Additionally, please be aware that there is no specific fee for canceling your FYE Backstage Pass membership. However, membership fees are non-refundable after the first day of purchase, and you will not receive a refund for any remaining time on your membership if you decide to cancel.
